We took the kids to Chesapeake this weekend to check out the Greenbrier Mall and do a little tax free shopping. While we were there I wanted to scope out their mall playground. I'm always looking for cheap or free indoor play options for when its too hot, rainy, or cold outside. The play area is located just behind the food court, which may be its best feature. There are tables near enough to let the kids play so a momma can enjoy a rare hot meal while the kiddos play :) unfortunately it is a tiny play space... Much smaller than the Lynnhaven and MacArthur mall play areas. It features a few things to climb on; a ladybug, bear, & bridge. Brody played for a few minutes but at 4yrs old it was almost too babyish for him. Overall its ok if you happen to be in the area and need something to do but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.
