Mom's Round-up: Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday and Giant Shopping Cart Edition

Happy Cyber Monday! According to this article, it's OK with your boss if you do some online shopping today. (Is your boss on your list of people to shop for? On the topic of Cyber Monday, CNN Tech poses the question of how long this trend will last. Cyber Monday started because a few years ago most consumers didn't have high-speed Internet connectivity at home. Now of course that's changed, and add in the fact that we are connected through mobile devices (making us a dual online/in-person threat), we may be poised for another shift in holiday shopping trends and catchy names. 

Speeking of catchy names, charities are getting in on the act with Giving Tuesday. This Tuesday marks the first of what many are hoping becomes an annual tradition. 

Lastly, in the world of "why would a person do that?" here's a video of a guy that built a 12 foot long x 9 foot tall shopping cart that takes a Chevy engine to make mobile and cost thousands of dollars to build. Impressed?
