Follow the Drinking Gourd

Follow the Drinking Gourd 4:30 p.m. and continues every Wednesday in February. Celebrate Black History Month with this popular planetarium program at the Virginia Living Museum about the Underground Railroad and learn how the stars of the northern sky led slaves to freedom. This poignant and inspiring tale of one family’s desperate flight to freedom is based on the children’s book written and illustrated by Jeanette Winter. $4 plus museum admission.
