special need children in norfolk public schools

I am looking to start a support group for any parent that is having problems getting the services needed for their children with special needs in the norfolk public school system.
I have had to fight for every service my sons gets. It shouldnt be this way. I want to make a difference so others dont have to fight for their right to a free and approriate education. please contact Christine DeHaven at missdehaven@aol.com
